Warranties
All of our plants and products must stay the same quality and freshness just as how they left our nursery garden. If you are not satisfied with the condition of products and their quality, please let us know as soon as possible (within 14 days maximum) and we will arrange for replacement or refund. Our liability is based on the price of the goods stated on the website. You need to send us back the packaged goods in the same way and in the same packaging as you received.
Packing fee
We do not have a separate packing fee, it is included to the full product price. We use solid, hard boxes and modern packaging materials. We attach and package each plant carefully, we also mark the deliveries accordingly. We will gladly consult you at our nursery garden if you have any questions! All of our efforts are being focused on fulfilling our customers' wishes. So there is no packing fee, nor we charge any service fees.

Delivery of plants in Lithuania*
By express courier (within 1 business day of dispatch)
- up to 20 kg of weight - 9.99 EUR
Pick-up at our nursery garden (free):
- in the nursery VITAFLORA, at Pramones str 6, Druskininkai, at pre-agreed time
Refer to Plant Dispatch Schedule for specific plant deliveries.
Deliveries up to 30kg is delivered straight to your doors, more than 30kg is delivered to your building.
If you were not present at the time of delivery, please contact us and we will notify you at the nearest post office where your courier left your parcel.
Shipping an ordering in general
Orders are being shipped immediately (usually the next business day) by mail or courier, unless it is stated differently, but if you placed your order in full business (mid / late April), allow us at least 3-5 days for delivery. Seasonal items such as live plants shipped under the Plant Dispatch Schedule. You will receive a telephone and / or email notification regarding the delivery date of each plant ordered.
Delivery of live plants is not the same as delivery of regular goods. In this case, security of supplies is paramount. If we have any concerns about extreme weather conditions such as excessive heat or cold and / or longer delivery times (e.g. before the weekend), we will promptly notify you of these circumstances and will offer you the nearest delivery date. This rule also applies when plants are not ready to leave the nursery (for specific reasons, such as growth stage, rainfall or pest and disease control). Before confirming your order, you should check the shipment dates for specific plants in our Plant Shipment Schedule. If there are any planned delays and your order date is before the scheduled date of shipment, your order date is equal to the scheduled date of shipment, as published on the schedule. Exceptionally, we reserve the right to ship within 28 days, subject to the online trading rules in Lithuania and the EU.
Export orders
We deliver throughout Europe, Scandinavian countries and other countries. Contact us for an individual shipping deliveries and information about it.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods: debit or credit card Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro via Paypal; PayPal balance in EUR, GBP, USD currencies.Electronic banking - in PAYSERA (PAYMENTS) system, ordinary bank transfer in EUR and international - in other currencies. If any item is no longer available for delivery - we will refund the money. Refunds are processed within one bank business day, although we are legally required to return them within 30 days.
Prices
Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice or change in VAT rate.
Special offers, coupon codes
All special offers, coupon codes, discounts can only be used once. Any coupon code or discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount (no extra discounts are being added).

Product images are for illustrative purposes only, please refer to product description. Meaning of LIVE PHOTOGRAPH refers to plants looking similar in photos and reality by seasons.
Terms of sales
Product information is based on our knowledge and it is for general reference only. All dimensions, heights, weights and volumes are approximate. Product height is an approximate height including a pot. Also remember that environmental factors can affect plant growth (e.g., a plant measured in autumn may be pruned in spring). See dimensions in plant names for details about dimensions. If you wish, we can send you pre-shipment photos of the plants you specifically ordered and selected for shipment.
Plants which, due to late vegetation or other reasons, were subject to the adoption guarantee at the time of submission may be replaced by other similar plants within a period of up to one year; and such cash benefits must be applied for up to two months from the date of submission of the plants.
Alternatives
Sometimes goods (plants) can no longer be presented due to damage caused by environmental factors, high demand or other reasons. In this case, we may send you a carefully selected alternative or, if that is not possible, a credit note (coupon) of up to € 10 off your future purchase. For amounts over € 10, we will refund the money paid for the missing item, and in any case (even small amounts) upon your request. If the alternative we send you does not seem to be acceptable, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will refund you the price of the non-available item.
Customer Service
All inquiries, claims for loss of or damage to goods during shipment must include the order number or your full address. Contact us as usual.
Complaints
We will respond to your complaints within 5 business days and we will offer you the best solution while keeping you updated.
Cancellation/Withdrawal
You should contact us by email or phone to cancel your order. If your order is for non perishable goods, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after receipt. You must take good care of the items under your care and return them to us in their original packaging, packaged in the same way, at your expense as soon as possible. If the item is large, we can arrange for you to collect it and you will pay us the cost of the service (we will provide you with a statement). We reserve the right to cancel any order. Your rights as a consumer are not affected by any of these business terms.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect lawfully about you (in accordance with the 1995 y. EU Data Protection Directive). We collect information about you for two reasons, firstly to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best service possible.

We will never collect any secret information about you without your consent. The information we have will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we have about you by sending us an email. If we find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct them immediately. The personal information we hold is stored in a secure manner in accordance with the law. If we intend to transfer information outside the EEA (European Economic Area), we will always need your consent. If you have any questions / comments about privacy - you should contact us.
